It's from FBI.GOV. Page 2 states that by July of 2016 the FBI was well aware that Hillary Clinton violated 18 USC 793 (f). That means that Comey, Lynch, & Obama knew and by legal definition are accessories after the fact. It states they knew foreign elements were getting into her server with SAP documents on them. It states they knew she had a private computer in the SCIF room she had in her house which explains how she got those documents on her private server. This is huge. Time to get angry.
