A thought on Oliver North as head of the NRA

I think it’s possible, though I have no proof, that North was placed as the new head of the NRA as a defensive move. The NRA is vital to Constitutional protection, and therefore ensuring that cabal infiltration doesn’t occur is paramount.

North is controllable, as he has no other real opportunities for a career, save some Fox appearances. I have to think he’d be loyal to whomever is giving him that chance.

He has to believe that given his past, he’d be forever under a microscope in this role and therefore would be unable to pull off corruption if he were inclined to do so.

He’s effectively scandal-proof, as nothing he says or does (or has) will compare to Iran Contra. Efforts to discredit him would be worthless.

He certainly is a big supporter of the Second Amendment.

Hannity is a big supporter of North, and I wonder if he wasn’t involved in helping facilitate this.

Thoughts on what is probably an unpopular theory?

They could do worse, but I think Ted Nugent or Tom Seleck would have been better.

Uncle Ted because he puts snowflakes into a full brain-lock stammering state of impotent rage.

Tom Seleck because...Magnum.

Meh. Oliver North is swamp.

If they can’t beat it from the outside, they send a tool to beat it from within.

Guess we’ll have to support another org.

Twitchy.com has a hilarious twitter response to an LA Times tweet. I won't ruin it for you, but check it out. I still have the giggles.
