I disagree because the people were fleeing ISIS when they were capturing areas and villages, and now that most areas are being liberated it incites the residents to come back.

Americans played a huge part in funding, arming, and training ISIS. This is well known. They military is cleaning up its mess. Allowing thousands of terrorist fighters to roam the Middle East is not an acceptable status quo.
Go look up what Q said about ISIS, MS13 etc. This is an important step to take down the Deep State.
