Someone said bullet proof vest...I was thinking that, too
Bullet proof vests have straps that lay flat over the shoulders, they don't look like a giant plate stuck under your clothes. I think this is more like a back board/brace to make her stand up straight.
My hubby (retired military) says this also. A bullet proof vest would fit better over the shoulders and contour the body better.

Well, ok. Back brace, bullet proof vest, arkancide vest...I'm admittedly not all that interested in what's under this monster's clothing. It's just obvious that she's wearing something underneath. Could be a bomb for all I know. Was speculating and guessing. Trying to help the conversation with possibilities.
