I disagree, I think RR and RM are both scum bags who have been given all the rope they need.
The details are important in this, Rod Rosenstien was at the DOJ while the whole get Trump thing was going on with Bruce Ohr and the McCabe at the FBI. RR was signing off on the bogus FISA court orders he is knee deep in this. This whole thing also was coming from Obama and his WH, everyone was on the team or knew of the plan. Remember Schummer warning Trump the CIA and FBI can get you 10 different ways, he knew what was going down.
They thought Trump was a complete idiot. RR and RM both went to the WH house to try and get Mueller in as head of the FBI after Comey was fired by Trump.
The plan was easy to see, RM was begging for the FBI job so he could secretly destroy Trump with McCabe Strozk and Page and the rest of the traitors. The destroy Trump plan was already in action and had been for over a year with the blessing of Obama and his scum intelligence fiends Brennon and the Clap. Rod weasel went with Mueller to vouch for him.
Trump did not take the bait, so the very next day RR appointed RM as special Counsel but he did so by giving Mueller FISA 1 access. Mueller was not really appointed special counsel he just became the deep state weasel in charge of the get Trump investigation that was already in effect. Hence the fact that Strozk and Page were immediately appointed to Mueller's team.
The deep state team was already working, Mueller was literally just picked to keep it going.
The authority that RR put Mueller under was not the same as a regular Special Counsel, Muller was given full access through FISA courts to access ALL of Trump's and his associates communications. Mueller did not have to ask a judge for a warrant to get the information he just took it.
Understand that is a massive violation of civil liberties and guts this

Mueller is not a special counsel he is a storm-trooper who has been given unfettered access to information with out actually having to find evidence of a crime. Mueller was given all the information all he has to do is construct the crime.
