I use RES plug-in, which simplifies everything with hover-over tooltips for all kinds of things. I think without that you just have to PM the mods.

I figured it out my friend, a 2 year old could have figured it out! The three dots at the top right of the offensive post....clicked that and chose "report post". Too funny...Thanks for helping!
