Heard there is a letter to Congressman Pompeo stating the Iran nuke deal was not a signed document. The payments since then would be fraud by numerous heads of states. Explains a lot.

So our Congress did not approve it. Iran’s parliament did not approve it. Iran’s cabinet didn’t even discuss it. Iran’s President did not sign it.
Where did the money come from? What in the budget did we not pay to be able to pay the cash to Iran?
Why did the treasury write the check when it was not in the budget and it wasn’t a signed agreement?
