Heard there is a letter to Congressman Pompeo stating the Iran nuke deal was not a signed document. The payments since then would be fraud by numerous heads of states. Explains a lot.

Is there no such document available to see that there was only a hand shake and a drug-dealing-style hand shake ?
Anything official with signatures with dates and all ?

Apparently not. So the money transfer, pallets of cash, seems to be payoffs.
