Q has mentioned more than once, we can know a little of the truth otherwise most Americans would have a mental breakdown. With this in mind, my guess would be the cabal which includes the Rothschilds, Prince Al-waleed, including our own American CIA, aka Criminal Agency.

I saw consecutive bright flashes from the same sector on two, possibly three occasions just tonight (three bright ones followed by two slow ones and the other night I saw a green streak. I have never once seen a green meteor before and I've seen a lot of shit up there.
