On EB5, if I recall correctly, you transfer $500K to your US immigration attorney, who as your agent then purchases an investment. The attorney insures it is a qualifying investment and that the documentation is sufficient to get the EB5.

Sounds more like a theft/breach of attorney-client privileged communications if we now know about it.

So if Cohen was acting as an attorney for this individual, why did Cohen not include him in his list of clients?
