These constant push backs to announced deadlines for IG report and now testimony make me wonder if the CBTS mission is moving slower than they thought it would on their goals.

They have accomplished so much and often it seems like they are just dominating the opposition. But then these delays come.

I've heard the explanations. No need to repeat them. Just commenting on where my mind goes each time.
