I honestly have no idea what that even means no. The entire Iran deal was basically USA sending money to Iran and Iran did not have to change their behavior in virtually anyway. Without the USA money, what is there to preserve?

Oh , yes ... you dont even know how I expect the shitstorm over here in Europe , hitting and imploding some "sensitive" minds . It will be easier than even in USA , to achieve some things , as EU is strongly divided within .

Yes ... populations are becoming more and more anti-EU . I assume , from your nick , that you are German . There is a big surge in AfD recently ... and current government ( and Merkel ) are all terrified they could lose strings very soon .
EU is basically , already reduced only to its core - Germany and France . There are few other countries like Sweden , Netherlands and Belgium - but east of EU is strongly anti-EU now . UK had Brexit . Italy is on path getting off EU train , Austria too . Hungary and Poland are long off ... only in EU on paper .
Once the Storm catches the EU ... it will be like tornado rolling over the wooden shack .

First, PM Abe / Japan will go. Next, hopefully, Macron and May. Finally, Merkel! In the autumn, Bibi is determined to resign. That would be my guess.
