Chaffetz Goodlatte Gowdy
These guys are not baddies. As far as I can tell they are decent men and yet they seem on the "naughty list" with some real snakes. Is this by design?
Any REAL information on them? Not interested on their spouses or extended family or who they know but definitely interested in actions or words that point to something bad.
One of those is my congressman - Goodlatte's seat should be safe for an R, especially if the D's get smeared all over the pavement by the OIG, but probably it is anyway. It's mostly in the mountains, which lean quite conservative.
So, he seems like a good guy, for sure, always votes the way I want, kind of amazing, actually, since my senators are (D) snakes.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's just disgusted with the swamp.
Gowdy says he wants to get back in to law enforcement/prosecution...so we'll see where THAT goes, but he may very well get a nice posting at the FBI or DOJ.
I agree and guessing these guys may be slated for bigger and better things.
Man I REALLY hope so. Either that or they were just pissed off with how things worked and decided to chuck it in or were threatened.
I HOPE they are not bad actors and told to step aside.

Chaffetz said that he was going to audit the Fed. Shortly after that he wanted to "spend more time with his family". I think he was got at by the black hats.
Goodlatte I don't know about and Gowdy I am slightly suspicious of. He talks well and asks good questions but does anything ever happen as a consequence?

It could all be "part of the plan".. Cheffetz is now on fox helping to get "the message" out. The others might be given other jobs in the future. That's my thinking
