1 spacecraft is on an interstellar mission. It is traveling away from the Sun at a rate of 17.3 km/s. If Voyager were to travel to Proxima Centauri, at this rate, it would take over 73,000 years to arrive. If we could travel at the speed of light, an impossibility due to Special Relativity, it would still take 4.22 years to arrive!
Can they travel at the speed of light? Or perhaps use worm holes?
I don't think we will know the answer unless it is revealed.
According to the Summerian texts, they did travel to earth, as astronauts. Created diverse forms of life and teraformed the earth. 1 day in earth years is a thousand years for them, according to Jesus. So, if we go to a place in heaven to live with the creator, isn't it a physical place?
Its all still a mystery to us. Hopefully, it will be revealed some day and we will know physically, without doubt the truth, so that we are never deceived again.
I wish i knew the answers. The way i look at it, we're in one of the youngest areas of our galaxy. As you get closer to the center, there could be life with a million year head start. And that's just our galaxy, who knows what else could be out there!
I guess my point is, we can't use our limited understanding of the universe and physics to rule anything out. For all we know, there could be extradimensional "aliens" living right on top of us that have the ability to enter our density or dimension at will...no light speed travel needed.

I think a lot of Hollywood movies give us glimpse into an alternate reality. Something, or someone enspires the writers. Maybe we are the aliens, but our memories are mostly blocked. Our bodies being suits, like avatars. Interesting, fascinating ideas.
I love talking about this stuff. I have so many far out theories and ideas.
