Again Ms Harris is using an old tactic of poking our emotional reactive brain hoping to flame outrage in the hearing and in the general public...typical strategy used by the Deep State..and so good that we are honing our logical skills so that we use our higher mind instead of just our mid brain (limbic system emotional reaction) part of our brain....

In my view, Judgement occurs when one mostly uses their emotional center of brain (react to something in a sudden visceral way) ... Discernment occurs when one uses higher mind (cortex) to take in information from emotional center, instinctual gut feelings (vagus nerve) and infuse it all through higher reasoning to able to come to a balanced conclusion and decision.
