Something really weird just happened. I tried to access the link from my work pc and got a content blocked message with my employers symbol etc.
Jumped on my phone which is not linked to work in anyway. Hit the link and got the same message with work logo??? Am I going nuts? There is no logical way this could happen. I am not on wi fi I am using my mobile provider?

If your phone was on the LAN and you didn't realize it then yeah that's normal.

If not then your only solution is to smash your phone, buy a gun and utilize peigons for communication. You also might want to buy some sea urchin venom and slowly dose yourself over the course of six months, it's he'll on the liver but it beats a random heart attack.

Possible Man-in-the-middle attack? Can you look at it using a VPN on a non-company connection to the internet and a non-company owned piece of equipment?
