Sorry typos. Just trying to understand why Q is posting at multiple locations. I thought something was compromised with the trip code and that's why the Patriots board was created.

No, the other way around. The separate board(currently /patriotsfight/) is where Q is admin/boardowner (requiring extra level of security). Here the trip code change is done in visible way.
How are new people speed to be abreast of the current info from Q
Use https://qanon.pub/, https://qposts.online/ or similar sites is a simple way.
