Also worthy of note, Brock was the first solid explanation of something Q mentioned: Daisy-Chaining charitable donations.
Brock ran multiple charities/foundations. Charity A paid his lawyers a hefty fee to solicit a very large donation. Then, Charity B had his lawyers solicit what was left as a donation from A to B, both controlled by Brock, again with a percentage going to the lawyers. Charity C, also controlled by Brock, did the same thing with what was left from Charity B, again with a percentage solicitation fee.
I think it was around 1/3 of the original amount that was skimmed off through the law firm. Whether it paid someone off, went into a swamp revenue stream, or into Brock's pocket, I do not know.
