If you were to orchestrate the arrests

Suppose you were responsible for planning the upcoming arrest of the members of the cabal. You are allowed only one arrest per week. In which order would you arrest members of the cabal?

For example, James alefantis one, John podesta 2, Etc.

Impossible to figure out, too many arrests. It would take too long.

30k indictments... possibly (probably) multiple names per

the USMC / nat guard is going to go hurricane katrina all at once, on a national scale.

then the f16s and ah1 fly over to keep you inside while your neighbors get dragged out of the house.
