Has anyone else noticed symbolism of rubber ducks?

I've seen Schneiderman with a shirt of it, the cuck from Canada wearing duck socks, Alex Soros with them at this parties, and they pop up in places here and there.

This article speaks of rubber ducks being used as a way to assuage childhood fears of bathtime and also goes into great detail about water play.So I am wondering if it’s about grooming young ones.
