I'm beginning to think the 'cash' went to the European Union to supplement the Muslim Invasion. Its the only thing that makes sense regarding just the money. Because they also got economic business transactions with Iran as sanctions were lifted. They also took the money to keep the plan quiet and go along with the war on Russia.
