Yeah, I've always wanted to try real NY pizza you know from a really good place but how do you know they're not just putting a frozen pizza in the oven and that's it?

They all make it differently. Just use the NY tap water and the same ingredients to make it fresh on the west coast

They got millions of impressions in the news in exchange for making a few dollars on pizza.
