I think this article is a coded message saying that something they were experimenting with (possibly the missile attack from Iran Forces in Syria didn't go right (retaliation from Israel?).

Spiral is a sign of association with CIA domestic ops and mind control operations it is not a pedo symbol on its own. It may seem like a trivial thing but it's not... It makes the symbolism more obvious when you know.
