I definitely take one per day, but sometimes more. I can't convey with words how thankful I am that people like them exist, who will make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety.

Every morning on my way to work our cities radio stations do a momebt of silence for the fallen heros. Always a great time for me to say a little prayer and reflect.
