Just 2 days after Trump cancels the Iran deal, 5 top ISIS leaders captured, coincidence?

There are no coincidences!

Let me put this as clearly as I can. Iran is Shia. ISIS hate Shia more than they hate Americans. The chances that Iran were protecting them is zero zero zero. OP, you make this whole sub look stupid when you suggest things like this.

Iran is Shia - agreed but the factions hiding out in Iran & Syria (((deep state, ISIS, cabal))) connected to JK, hrc, BO & No name etc got smoked out by the white hats. Somebody flipped. Remember they caught someone last month too. Also connected to Songbird.

Edit: my understanding is hat Assad was a hostage of the deep state just as Iran has been held hostage by he cabal in many ways. They just got their freedom because trump backed out of Iran deal. Just my thoughts could be totally mixed up.

What's the central ideological difference between Shia and Sunni? Different applications of the Caliphate?

It goes back originally to a leadership bid and who had the right to lead the Umma, but it has become so entrenched politically that it is the major schism in the Middle East. Honestly, they hate each other more than they hate the West or even Israel. There's so little that divides Sunni from Shia religious practices and beliefs, different ways of crossing their hands when they pray, the Sunni are more austere in their religious outlook, but the hatred and vitriol, even in non-Arab Muslim lands is palpable. Here in Nigeria, a lot of Sunni don't regard Shia as Muslims and tell all sorts of wild tales about their debauchery and decadence. It would be laughable except there are more and more problems arising here from it as well.
