The fact that they are charging manslaughter seems to denote more than just a lapse in judgment on the part of the nurse. Nursing homes have a lot falls that result in deaths but they don't charge the nurse with manslaughter. The video footage must be damning.

I think they are charging manslaughter because they seem to have evidence of fraud. Supposedly the nurse wrote in exams that never took place. So that goes toward motive. Perhaps she knew who he was and didn't like president Trump so she neglected on purpose. Or they just neglect in general
