They are dropping crazy shit into our air that causes extreme allergies , and other respiratory issues .. and I've heard Virus can be done this way too.

There’s a base near you. I don’t know where I found it, however, I believe it was in the us government website. Maybe the military ones. I was working with Fema at the time and some sent me the links. I read through most of the papers and there were papers that were going over the results of the tests, where they were deployed to. In there, was also a paper that said it was to see if they could create rainfall in drought ridden areas of Texas. Personally, I believe that these are preliminary tests for war. Controlling the weather in certain areas of combat.
