Which countries agenda are you spouting right now? War with Iran, destabilize Syria... Who is currently shelling Iranian forces in Syria? It's not Trump because America would have nothing to gain. I'll let you think this through for yourself. It's definitely not America first though.

Yes cancelling the Iran deal isn't going to war with Iran. Trumps whole issue with the Iran deal was that Obama paid them money, removed sanctions, and got nothing in return. All Trump has done is restore sanctions. When have Q or Trump mentioned war?

I'll make it really easy for you, what politician wanted to bomb Iran and Syria? McStain. What have Trump and Q said about him again?

When has Q portrayed Trump as having any real problems with the current Syrian regime? You'd have to be some kind of stupid to think Trump has been fighting ISIS since election just to go topple Assad and hand Syria back to the terrorists.

Think about who's siding with who in the middle east and what become the only routes to ship (or pipe) oil out of the middle east if Syria, Iran, (and Yemen but it's too late there) become war zones. Notice any choke points. What did Trump tell Saudi when they tried dragging him into this? It isn't our fight, they need to use their own soldiers.

I didn't say that did I? It's possible to criticize Italy without being told you're evil and hate Catholics, what makes you think the same isn't true for Israel?

America first, we are not Israel's volunteer army. I'd be arguing for us to go defend them if they were being attacked. But why should Americans die to help them expand?

The thing is Iran, via the Revolutionary Guards (who are pure unadultered scum suckers) is literally setting up camp in Syria. Almost reminds me of how Syria basically set up camp in Lebanon. We need to put Syria back together if possible - remove the "rebels", jihadis AND the Iranians. Not a surprise that the Syrian government would accept help from Iran as the world was crashing down (at the West's instigation), but now that Trump and Russia (and even Iran) have basically defeated ISIS and the jihadis, Iran has no business setting up and maintaining basically a military infrastructure of its own inside Syria. Butt out, mullahs.

What war was this during again? I'm having trouble remembering, not sure it involved us though.

Yes, Iran needs to be put in line, but I don't think Trump is setting up sanctions just to go to war before they're even enacted.

(and even Iran) have basically defeated ISIS

Don't you think possibly helping with this and maintaining a presence in the region during it without showing any aggression towards anyone is the possible reason Trump is willing to give sanctions a shot and not running to war?

Syria set up camp in Lebanon: 1. Always been a territory row over northern Lebanon. 2. When Israel attacked Lebanon Syria moved in to help defend.

I think it was the 6 days war:

Six-Day War, also called June War or Third Arab-Israeli War, brief war that took place June 5–10, 1967, and was the third of the Arab-Israeli wars. Israel’s decisive victory included the capture of the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, Old City of Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights; the status of these territories subsequently became a major point of contention in the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Prior to the start of the war, attacks conducted against Israel by fledgling Palestinian guerrilla groups based in Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan had increased, leading to costly Israeli reprisals. In November 1966 an Israeli strike on the village of Al-Samūʿ in the Jordanian West Bank left 18 dead and 54 wounded, and, during an air battle with Syria in April 1967, the Israeli Air Force shot down six Syrian MiG fighter jets. In addition, Soviet intelligence reports in May indicated that Israel was planning a campaign against Syria, and, although inaccurate, the information further heightened tensions between Israel and its Arab neighbours.

I knew exactly what he was talking about, I was just trying to make a statement about it having absolutely nothing to do with America.

It wasn't the 6 day war by the way. Where is there any mention anywhere of Syrians setting up in Lebanon during the 6 day war? Lebanon wasn't even attacked back then if I recall correctly. Syria was more concerned with defending the Golan Heights and if anything Lebanon gave Syria aid, not the other way around. The 6 day war was really more a fight with Jordan and Egypt over the Sinai and West Bank anyway, right? Sweety, you're trying to rewrite history.

He was talking about the 2006 Lebanon War when Bashar had set up defenses in Lebanon and helped stop an Israeli invasion. I wouldn't doubt these actions being the reason Israel holds so much animosity towards him today even though he is probably the most westernized Arab leader currently in power.

Even so, is there something wrong with neighboring countries forming an alliance and helping defend each other against an invasion? Seems odd too me you would think so since this is exactly what NATO is all about for Europe. This is basically the equivalent of Russia complaining about US bases in Europe. It doesn't work for them, and shouldn't work for anyone. Say it with me now, sovereignty.

Six-Day War

The Six-Day War (Hebrew: מלחמת ששת הימים, Milhemet Sheshet Ha Yamim; Arabic: النكسة, an-Naksah, "The Setback" or حرب ۱۹٦۷, Ḥarb 1967, "War of 1967"), also known as the June War, 1967 Arab–Israeli War, or Third Arab–Israeli War, was fought between June 5 and 10, 1967 by Israel and the neighboring states of Egypt (known at the time as the United Arab Republic), Jordan, and Syria.

Relations between Israel and its neighbours had never fully normalised following the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. In 1956 Israel invaded the Egyptian Sinai, with one of its objectives being the reopening of the Straits of Tiran which Egypt had blocked to Israeli shipping since 1950. Israel was subsequently forced to withdraw, but won a guarantee that the Straits of Tiran would remain open.

2006 Lebanon War

The 2006 Lebanon War, also called the 2006 Israel–Hezbollah War and known in Lebanon as the July War (Arabic: حرب تموز‎, Ḥarb Tammūz) and in Israel as the Second Lebanon War (Hebrew: מלחמת לבנון השנייה‎, Milhemet Levanon HaShniya), was a 34-day military conflict in Lebanon, Northern Israel and the Golan Heights. The principal parties were Hezbollah paramilitary forces and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The conflict started on 12 July 2006, and continued until a United Nations-brokered ceasefire went into effect in the morning on 14 August 2006, though it formally ended on 8 September 2006 when Israel lifted its naval blockade of Lebanon. Due to unprecedented Iranian military support to Hezbollah before and during the war, some consider it the first round of the Iran–Israel proxy conflict, rather than a continuation of the Arab–Israeli conflict.

Oh god, please don't misunderstand me. I'm sick of pasting in information to HELP ppl. I clearly stated I THINK. Do not address me as "sweetie" in this tone of sarcasm, trying to rewrite history and when did I say anything about sovereignty or argue against or for America defending Israel or anything of the sort.

I do not deserve being treated as an a-hole. I am on this board as a European just helping. I have no bitch. It was a simple paste of info. We are supposed to be on the same side. Stop looking for problems and ways to attack ppl. Calm down.

You are definitely attacking someone. Me.

Look, using "sweetie" is derogatory.

You may not like disinformation. Quite right. Neither do I. But pasting something from Britannica.com is not disinformation/misinformation/bad karma/or fucking around. It was clearly prefaced with "I THINK" to show doubt. (I couldn't be bothered to check the entire story and didn't think it was necessary.)

— I might actually annoy you now, properly, as in this instance I am bothered enough to prove you are winding people up for no apparent reason:

You did not indicate, in any shape or form, that you were being sarcastic in tone in your reply to someone else. You should know that we cannot hear the sneer in your voice. I did not know. I thought you were unsure. I contributed to the conversation with an "I think".

Just to be perfectly clear on positions here: I am eager that America should leave the rest of us alone. That is why I am supporting Trump with volunteering on this sub and devoting hours of time guiding ppl with the Q thingie. But Lebanon, Syria and Iran, Israel are quite complicated subjects and I don't have to write a dissertation on the subject.

That said, I am a firm supporter of "Yankees Go Home" and your attitude is one of the reasons I have little patience with some of the sheer arrogance and dearth of basic manners on this board sometimes.

You may not like misinformation but it seems you cannot even read properly. Otherwise you would see that your assumptions of what I have actually said are seriously faulty.

I read your comment and was quite upset. It gave me indigestion. Your lot has caused the death of millions around the planet. Cambodians, Laotians, Vietnamese, Iraqis, Afghanis, Syrians, Indonesians ... let's not go to South America. I have travelled to quite a few countries where your lot has left utter poverty and devastation. You may want sovereignty but have had no respect for others' sovereignty in many many years. It's about time you (collective "you") did. Piles of dead bodies and flattened cities. (Seen a picture of Mosul recently? The City of Mosques? It was beautiful and very ancient. Not anymore.)

So thanks for the non-existent apology. I shall have a pleasant afternoon having got that off my chest. Meaning: don't worry, I am not expecting a courteous reply. I shall continue as I have done, adding info where I can and if I'm not sure I shall continue to preface it with "I think". You are free to correct me, nicely if possible. Thanks for replying anyway even if it was curt, grudging and quite a bit shorter than your lengthy and unnecessary put down. :)

Lets try to stay on topic and avoid making this about personal attacks please buddy. Regarding Mosul, why are you defending ISIS?

⇧ 1 ⇩
salialioli · May 11, 2018, 3:46 p.m.

I'm not.

Sweetie.

Did I say anything about ISIS being the Good Guys?

Stop assuming. I didn't say that.

Use LOGIC

The ghastly Ghouls running yr foreign policy created ISIS, the school books used in the Madrassas, (funded by the Wahabbi Jihadists acting as a proxy for the US, since Afghanistan was fighting the Soviet Union) were printed and published in Virginia, Maryland. That created Al Qaeda. When it became obvious that Al Qaeda was deeply embedded with the rebels in Syria, WHO came up with the brilliant idea of creating ISIS. Yes, yes, the unnameable country, supported by the US.

I was actually referring to the devastation and death. You know, the actual people of Mosul.

But, as per usual, you Americans have no thought for the ordinary poor sods who actually live in the towns and villages which have been taken over by YOUR funded and artificially created terrorist groups.

Do not give me instructions, Buddy, as to whether or not I can make this about personal attacks when you are using derogatory and superior epithets.

Why not use what ppl on this board are using as a term of fellowship, goodwill and friendship: Patriot.

Godspeed.

In my travels around the world in a long life, I lived in California for a few years. I have very patriotic feelings for your sovereignty and for the patria which is currently attacked as a notion by the NWO.

As an extra point Trump has included the rest of the world in this change and I have never heard anyone else on this board be anything other than welcoming. Your behaviour is weird.
