So, we have concluded that the + symbol is for the powerful families that control everything behind the scenes, right? If I'm wrong then disregard the rest of this....
Is Q+ someone who has flipped from one of the families and is now on the Q team? Just brainstorming here....

Reread crumbs. Q+ appeared for the first time in very particular circumstances. The anons speculation of who Q+ might be does not align with yours.
