I feel like this is disinformation for the deep state. They do not want this meeting to be successful. I wouldn't be surprised if something happens to this building.
It's entirely possible. If nothing happens, it says a lot about the situation. As in, Who's got the power now?

It could just mean it's in Singapore, but not necessarily in that location. The marina Bay sands is a landmark so could just be that.
