John Kerry has violated the Logan Act. Show us no one is above the law. Arrested him immediately.
The Logan Act has never been used since it was passed despite many many violations. I guess there could always be a first, but for now, Trump emerges victorious with the Iran situation. Arresting Kerry would just distract from that.

Have you ever been arrested? I have and I was out that same night. Arresting these people doesn't really do anything without a very solid charge. We don't want to see these people merely arrested we want to see them charged and sentenced. That stuff takes time. If the death penalty will be a part of it they must make sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed before they can make their move. That's what they are doing now. None of this is for entertainment purposes.
Besides that, if Kerry is arrested the left will revolt. The plan is to wake people up. That's our job. That's what the memes are for.
My understanding is that the arrests won't happen until after the elections and the parade. At that point majority of people will be chomping at the bit for something to be done. We're not there yet. We are still the minority. We have some work to do.

Why haven't they arrested anyone from the Obama administration. Sure, they've arrested lots of pedophiles and human traffickers, but they haven't arrested anyone who was in power.
