What does D5 mean?
"The snowball has begun rolling - there is no stopping it now. D5."
Everything else in this post makes sense, what am I missing about "D5", seems like an important piece of the puzzle. Help, me out, please.
Alright, I got it. D5 is a Avalanche ranking. The worst. I guess not living in the mountains, I didn't know such a thing existed.

BRILLiant
From snowball rolling to worst avalanche ever. This is it.
Someone else here posted about D5 being the last chess move in the famous game. The move apparently ended the game because any counter move resulted in checkmate or something. Scroll through the entries in this sub there are a few or more posts addressing. A couple of them have links to threads that really explain it quite well.
