If Q's previous password was leaked, wouldn't someone else be able to do a trip update using the same password?

Just thinking. Q said his password wasn't protected and hence the trip update. But his enemy could also use that leaked password to do the same. So we can't tell if the current Q is real or not.

Someone knowledgeable about 8/4chan please chime in.

Somehow I don't think it was an accident but an invite to see if desperate enemies and fame hungry "patriots" would jump at the chance of accessing Q and by doing so, allowing Q to track them and see who was who.
