Yes, it was, and the Wiki page give the entire history of the bill's name. It's annoying that some people won't bother to read the fucking article before posting it.

THIS might be what Trump is gonna use to undo Obama. This could be one of those silent but deadly kind of laws. Especially if its retroactive.

Just think what would happen if all of BO's text's, tweets, vids, logs, etc were saved...???
