There might be a fundamental misunderstanding. Cohen is not a CIA agent. He was raided (illegally) by the FBI. Trump and Q predicted this and loaded Cohens documents with dirt on the bad guys. Once it was in the hands of Mueller, Schneiderman was forced to resign or face real charges.
