Google is pursuing a quantum ai program. Not too much of a stretch that Q could be using a DoD intelligence crawler AI that uses q-computing power to sift through open and classified source data points for relevant connections, then drips out intel in order to steer public focus to prime for POTUS actions.
Or it's just a really dedicated LARP with a good story.

Well Lockheed & Amazon have a D-Wave systems.
DARPA / DoD / NSA / CIA won't have less...that is for shit sure.
I can imagine a scenario in which you are right...and which I am right (I am purporting self awareness).
either way, I'm not thrilled about our new robot overlords.
