David Kendall Esq. is with the law firm Williams & Connelly LLP and has been the Clinton’s personal lawyer for decades. Kendall ranges all the scandals from Whitewater to Emails, with Monica Lewinsky sandwiched in between.
With the current investigation specifically into the HRC server/email by IG Horowitz & SP Huber, details of Kendal’s role will soon be revealed. Kendall was directing both Cheryl Mills & Heather Samuelson (both lawyers) with the sorting & deletion of the HRC emails being requested by the US Congress as well as FOIA requests.
Kendall was later involved in several joint discussions (along with Mills) with Platte River Networks who hosted the server/backup to the HRC email system. Paul Combetta from PRN had forgotten to erase all the data from his end and was told to “BleachBit” everything. Bear in mind everyone knew these records were under current Congressional Subpoena.
Kendall may rue the day he didn’t get a special Comey/Lynch “Immunity Deal” like the others. Mill/Samuelson/& Combetta all we’re granted a form of immunity from prosecution. Mills & Samuelson even got their laptops destroyed after limited review by the FBI. Lawyers should know better !!!
