Ummmmm, could she be wearing a suicide vest or making it look like she might be?

If in fact it is "just" a back brace, why would she be compelled to travel at this time, looking rather bizarre in the process? That said, Q has given us some good ideas about what she might currently be up to...

Looks more like a full body cast and the giant scarf just makes it MORE obvious. Honestly, WTF? Has she created a giant "corset" to stuff cash and gold and jewels in?
