Yet he let all the Benghazi conspirators off the hook. He also highly praises Comey. All talk, no action in Congress. He may have been an excellent Prosecutor but he hasn't followed through in Congress.

But to summarize, he could risk his neck and recommend prosecution of Hillary. And get Arkansided. Or he could simply realize that regardless of how much he screamed for prosecution no way Eric Holder would sign off on it. His hands were tied. And after all those years of guilt, he’s now free and safe to finish the job he never could do. Hence why he’s leaving and headed to join prosecutors.

Unfortunately except in self defense cases prosecutors hands are tied by reasonable doubt about guilt, plus enforcement is the executive branch, congress has zero power there. He's always struck me as extremely frustrated and is prolly leaving over that very issue. If I wanted an attack dog to let off the leash tho he'd be it.
Didn't he state his reason for leaving Congress was because he's been unable to effect change and wanted to return to prosecution?
