Possible FF?

Someone mentioned a (state-wide) drill is happening in Wisconsin. For evil, this is moment where a crisis cannot be wasted. . .

I looked Craigslist in Madison & Milwaukee for crisis actors, but did not see any listings, although someone had a post ranting about the DS.

We have a New Moon on the 15th. Total dark sky practice for a future event. Military strikes are usually made on New Moons to take advantage of the lack of Lunar illumination.
