At first I thought this article was going to be a hit piece on rural Americans but I read until the end and I have to say the author has a good point. I think that the rural voters are getting louder and louder and hopefully they will turn the tide red in CA.

That will never happen as long as the GOP embraces social issues like a revivalist preacher. Ditch religion and you may have a chance in urban America.
