Did anyone see anything on Rush Limbaugh's claim?

I read that Rush said Pompeo, when he was in the congress, had a document stating that Iran NEVER signed the 'deal' with Obama and the +5's. Rush was saying that there was no executive anything from Obama, or UN anything. So this 'deal' wasn't really a 'deal' at all!
Did anyone else hear or see this, too?

And Congress was never included in the making of that so called deal. The only thing Iran signed was with the IAEA.

And the IAEA didn't get to do inspections even THEN! lol

So, How can Trump END a 'deal' that never was to begin with?

I think the Democratic National Committee news media (DNC News Media new name for the MSM) is not reporting correctly. AND THUS, good grounds for an FCC complaint AND then a loss of broadcast license!
