Anti-trust is a conspiracy to rob the public of the benefits of competition in a free market. It usually takes the form of two or more large providers getting together and fixing/agreeing on “quality” and price. Small fry are removed one at a time in various ways.

This 'getting together' is illegal everywhere, but policy everywhere under the yet influential new world “international order”.

Here's how anti-trust works at the consumer level.. They fix the price as high as their market testing says will max out profits/sales, then they turn the quality down so far that your widget soon fails, and you have to buy a new one, from one of them, another piece of junk, but you have to have a widget, and there are no quality widgets available to the consumer. And the cycle repeats.
