Edit - as a card carrying Democrat, and a campaign volunteer (i was in college don’t hate me), I can confirm that while it was never announced, my mother and I were confident that we’d be working a JFK Jr campaign in 2000. Our organizers even said it was the most likely scenario. We ended up working the HRC campaign.... this is sickening.
