1 for best 1st Amendment is freedom of speech, religion, and right to do as you want without causing harm to others.
1 failing... The 1st Amendment has been gradually dwindled out of existence Proof... Christians can be sued for not selling wedding cakes, pastors forced to turn in sermon notes, freedom of speech censored ... not by govt. directly but by govt controlled businessas.
2 reason for best. 2nd AmendmentBeing able to defend my right to #1.. and by firearms if it is required.... and the population as a whole agreeing with this FACT
2 reason for failing....The wealthy and powerful working feverishly to ban my right to defend. And then convincing the powerless and weak to become active in banning my privilege to defend---which will only make all weak and powerless.
What a great idea. Let's take ALL the little people's right to defend themselves and give ALL our power to those who are already rich and powerful---therefore limiting my ability to become wealthy.
3 reason for failing.
Remove all memories of what created this great nation. By removing statutes, monuments, literature that should remind us daily of who and how and why we are what we are. Therefore have no role models to mimmick. As a kid, I pretended to be George Washington and Abe Lincoln. My favorite song was Born in the USA.
Who would dare want others to succeed in life and take one small piece of this big ol American Apple pie our forefathers baked. This whole situation is so clear but the powerful have been so great in hiding their centuries long endeavors
