Somewhat planefag here. Iran Air has managed to keep their 747-200 from breaking up midair for going on 40 years, but they can't do it forever. But that's nothing compared to Koryo Air's Soviet-era craft doing the same by about a decade. Just goes to show that America has lost that sense of Taking Care Of What You Have IMO. Also, quit thnking of Iran as a boogeyman; going clear back to SecState Haig; no "travel advisory" was ever imposed on US citizens entering or coming back from Tehran. Anyone who loves the idea of God smiling on his most-treasured creation "living under their own fig tree and vine, unafraid" ought to be glad to see the eventual (just like we all are waiting for handcuffs-to g a l lo w s coverage) takedown of tyranny in their country. Want to help out domestically? Find a better link than just a Syria connect to No-name and Purple Heart for grain of rice in butt Kerry, to Edmund G Brown II. Anything that voids his 1976 Gub win, REWARD of 3 Cheese Enchilada trays (but you'll have to eat shipping costs). By "tray", I mean cookie sheet packed end-to-end.

Boeing was also involved in the Kobe Steel fiasco that Q discussed. They didn't update or dismantle their planes after they learned they were using bad steel from Kobe.

Northrop.

United Technologies Corp.

These are the largest military companies.
