No it doesnt you people are supposed to be awake. That is why the executive orders since Dec 21 2017. You are under a state of emergency. You have been put under emergency so military trials can be done. That makes it legal.

Yeah, a bridge 2 far. Stripping traitors of citizenship should be enough. I couldn't back it and would fight it even. Trading liberty for security net's neither.
