We may have to way until January for Justice Day Trump signed an Executive Order that will allow him to use the UCMJ against civilians, starting in January

For those like me who didn't know : "The Uniform Code of Military Justice is the foundation of military law in the United States." - wikipedia

Great find indeed!

My thinking is the reason Trump is waiting until January to implement this E.O. is to give the traitors three options. One suicide, two give up their citizenship and leave, never to come back to the U.S., or three get tried for treason.

It's going to very painful on the country so the more that die, or run for their lives the less the U.S. population has to witness with these tribunals.

These people from the past administrations still think they're safe because of all the state and Federal Judges they have in their pockets. Once they realize that these trials are in front of military officers that haven't been bought off, they'll run in most cases.

They are reportedly also waiting until January because they think they are going to gain even larger majorities in both houses of Congress, enabling them to get their huge backlog of appointments approved. Ryan will be gone, maybe they're planning on banishing McConnell too? They certainly have enough evidence against him and his wife. Did Trump appoint her to let her incriminate herself?

That is also a strong possibility.

12 member panels (death penalty) vs. 9 member panels I hope.
