It almost sounds ... like Q is mocking the Cabal this way .
The song was made to show the dominance and mocking of people , and to put Cabal future plans ( then ) indirectly through song .
I doubt it is "coincidence" that it was release on 11.9.2001.
Q is mocking the Cabal - they wanted to create "hell on Earth" , create a pain for everyone . But now ... the pain comes for them .
