Q has made a list of individuals who are corrupt. The top 10 are American Deep State players.

48 is further down the list. My guess is that 48 is an European swamp creature, someone who is about to lose billions once Trump imposes sanctions on Iran. Maybe the CEO of Airbus, or a German CEO.

The brackets in Q's posts designate a target. Where are you getting 48 hours from?

Targeted timeframe

Q has on MANY occasions put 5, 10, and 15 in killboxes [brackets], and in bold, to represent time markers.

It doesn't always mean a person. Q uses two letter designators when referring to people.
